Application & Advantages

Application
GR Solid Lubricant is used as a torque reducer in directional or crooked holes when a water based mud system is being used. can be directly added into water-based completion drilling fluids.

Advantages
Good lubricating capability to be applied in complicated wells such as horizontal and directional wells.
Resist salt, calcium and magnesium, so it can be applied in freshwater, saltwater; saturated saltwater and seawater drilling fluids.
Resist high temperature up to 200℃, so it can be applied in deep wells or ultra-deep wells.
Non-toxic and has no harm to environment.
Match with other additives well.
Low fluorescence to be applied in exploration wells.


Package

Package and Storage

They shall be packaged in 25kg multi-wall paper sacks. They shall be stored in a shady, dry, and ventilated place.

Safety

They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with water. Handling methods and dangerous data shall be referred to MSDS.
