New Welan gum premium grade Oceanvis WG-P, is a biopolymer produced by Oceanview Chemical Co., Ltd. which is used in concrete, self-leveling, plaster, cement grinding aid and oil drilling, well completion with high suspension and high stabilization. New welan gum has better pseudoplasticity, high viscosity in slow-speed shearing rate, it is a polymer rheological regulator used for oil drilling and well completion . In a high temperature condition the viscosity do not change with the temperature changes.

Application in the field of construction materials
(1) New welan gum can be used in mortar and concrete .
(2) New welan gum has excellent “shearing thinning” effect and efficient “thickening effect", it can prevent slurry separation and bleeding, adjust the viscosity, keep the flow property and water-holding property of slurry, improve the mortar and concrete workability.
(3) New welan gum applied in self-consolidating concrete can increase the concrete mixture workability and self-consolidating filling property. When in a block condition, it can improve the concrete mixture segregation resistance and gap passing capacity. It is a good self-consolidating concrete material to adjust the viscosity
(4) New welan gum is a high-performance viscosity improver, when add it into liquid additives, it can improve the liquid stability and avoid the separation and precipitation of different ingredients.
(5) New welan gum added into liquid accelerator agent, it can reduce the rebound rate of sprayed concrete, reduce the construction costs and improve construction quality.
(6) When the concrete slump degree at a same condition, it can reduce mixing water dosage, accelerate the early strength, harden rapidly, and improve pumping state.
(7) New welan gum is a formulated fair-faced concrete companion, it can make the concrete surface color same, improve the surface color quality.
(8) New welan gum can be applied in mortar and concrete, the suitable dosage of gum materials is 0.2/ten thousand~3/ ten thousand.
Application in the field of cement grinding aids:
(1) Bear the grinding temperature in a range of 50-150℃.
(2) Keep the storage transportation stable, excellent suspension and uniform component
(3) Disperse the potent anti-foaming agent in a wide range of concentrations uniformly.
(4) The dosage of cement grinding additive component is 0.1-0.3%.
