PHPA RD, equivalent to EZ MUD DP, POLY PLUS RD or CR650, is a specially treated readily dispersible high molecular weight dry granular PHPA polymer.PHPA RD is designed for easy mixing with improved dispersion to eliminate fish-eyes. It can be used in mud systems ranging from low-solids to weighted muds, utilizing makeup waters from fresh to saltwater.

Description
PHPA RD (powder form) is a readily dispersible polymer additive designed to provide cuttings encapsulation and shale stabilization in freshwater to saltwater drilling fluids ranging from low solids to weighted muds. PHPA RD acts as a viscosifier, friction reducer, and flocculants, while also providing some fluid-loss control. PHPA RD also delivers cuttings encapsulation and improves wellbore stability, making it ideal for slim hole and continuous-coring applications.

Application & Advantages

Application:
PHPA RD provides good cuttings encapsulation and improved wellbore stability and can be used in freshwater, salt, and KCl mud systems. It also acts as a lubricant, flocculant, and filtration control additive.

Packaging
PHPA RD is packaged in 15Kg kraft paper sacks or 15Kg square buckets or 25Kg multi-walled paper sacks, Shrink-wrapped and well palletized. Other packagings are available on request.
