Super absorbent polymer

Super absorbent polymer ( Sodium Polyacrylate based SAP ) is a polymer material with good water absorption and water-holding capacity. It can absorb water up to several hundred times of its own weight, and turn into natural gel from within seconds. SAP can be mainly divided into three major categories which are Hygiene grade, Agriculture grade and Industry grade. The main uses of SAP are absorbing, retaining or to block liquid.

Applications
Hygienic Grade SAP, Up to now, it has mainly been used in hygienic products (such as sanitary napkins, diapers, nursing pad and pet pad ect.).

SAP for diaper
SAP for diaper has good permeability , strong absorptive capacity and maintenance ability. It will not happen to return infiltration phenomenon under a certain pressure.
SAP for Lady Sanitary Napkin
SAP for sanitary napkin has fast suction of blood, high absorption capacity, good gel strength and moisture resistance. According advanced production technology, SAP is non-toxic, no smell and no stimulation to skin. The strong absorption capacity and water retention ability in women`s sanitary napkin can keep dry and comfortable.

Package and storage:
1) Packing Details
a.20 kgs packed in Polyethylene Kraft with inner plastic bag:
-16MT with pallet in 20 ft container.
-18MT without pallet in 20ft container.
b.750kg big bag :
-15 MT in 20ft container c.According to the user’s requirement.
2) The stacking layer should not be more than 20 layers.
3) In storage and transportation, pay attention to heatproof and moisture proof. The powdery product will be damped to be caked and will be poor in solubility if exposure to air for long time. 4)Shelf life, not exceeding 24 months.
