Description

Oil soluble Imidazoline Corrosion Inhibitor, analogue of Crodazoline O is an oil soluble corrosion inhibitor. It is suitable for use in a wide range of oilfield applications, particularly for temporary corrosion protection.

Application & Advantages

Application:

Corrosion protection of crude oil and natural gas exploitation and gathering and transportation.
Anti-corrosion of atmospheric and vacuum pressure, catalytic cracking, hydrorefining,
fractionating tower top in hydrocracking unit and condensing and cooling system.
Anti-corrosion of cooling water system operating under low and medium hardness, medium
and high alkalinity and low concentration multiple.
Oil field sewage treatment and backwater injection system anti-corrosion.
Comprehensive water content, high CO2 gathering and transportation trunk lines and oil well
corrosion prevention.

Method of Use

It can be used after even dilution with water.
The agent can be properly heated with steam when used in winter.

Packing and Storage 
Packing: In 190kgs net plastic drum

Storage: Keep tightly closed. Stored in cool and ventilated place. Do not approach open fire, acid, alkai and oxidant chemicals 

Operational considerations 
1.Operators should wear protective products such as latex gloves and protective glasses. 
2.If the product touches the skin, it can be rinsed with plenty of water and then washed with 
soap;If the product is splashed into eyes, please wash it with water and seek medical advice immediately. 
3.In case of fire, dry powder, foam, CO2 extinguisher and yellow sand extinguisher can be used.
