Description

POLY PHPA is a high molecular weight dry granular partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide – polyacrylate (PHPA) copolymer. Low dosage of POLY PHPA can form a clear and viscous fluid. PHPA DRY is an easy mixing product and is a proven suitable anionic polymer for improving core recovery in diamond drilling and in stabilizing reactive shales and clays in all forms of drilling.

We can provice different PHPA dry polymers such as POLY PLUS RD, EZ MUD DP, CR650, NEW-DRILL PLUS, INSTA-VIS DRY, WYO-VIS DP or POLY BORE, etc.

Application & Advantages

Application:
POLY PHPA provides good cuttings encapsulation and improved wellbore stability and can be used in freshwater, salt, and KCl mud systems. It also acts as a lubricant, flocculant.

Recommended Treatment
POLY PHPA is easy to mix and yields rapidly. PHPA active concentration of the active system should be maintained in the range of 0.5 - 1.5 lb/bbl by constant additions.

PHPA is packaged in 25 Kg multi-walled paper sacks, palletized as 40 sacks per pallet. Other packagings are available on request.
