Description

XY-27, a kind of polymer thinner, compounded by many vinyl monomers COONa, - CONH2, -SO3Na and -NR4+ in its molecular structure. It has excellent thinning property under high temperature and high salinity condition. It can be directly added into various water-base drilling fluids and its recommended dosage is 0.35-1.75 ppb.

Application & Advantages

Application
XY-27 Amphoteric Polymer can be directly added into various water-base drilling fluids and its recommended dosage is 0.35-1.75 ppb.


Advantages

  • Reduce the viscosity effectively.

  • Perform well up to 180℃, so it can be applied in deep wells and ultra-deep wells.

  • Resist salt contamination, so it can be applied in various freshwater, saltwater, saturated saltwater and seawater drilling fluids.

  • Inhibit shale dispersing, so it can be applied to build and maintain non-dispersed polymer drilling fluids.

 

Package

Package and Storage
They shall be packaged in 25kg multi-wall paper sacks. They shall be stored in a shady, dry, and ventilated place.

Safety
They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with water. Handling methods and dangerous data shall be referred to MSDS.
