Introduction:

SPA sodium polyacrylate copolymer is a synthetic, acrylate-based, medium molecular weight, anionic polymer produced in flowing powder. SPA is an efficient filtration control agent and has a minimal viscosity impact on the fluid. It is not susceptible to bacterial degradation.

SPA is a kind of low molecular weight of anionic polyelectrolyte, extremely easy absorption of moisture, soluble
in water. It is mainly used as non-dispersion polymer drilling fluid loss, viscosity agent, improve the quality of
mud cake, in fresh water slurry resistance temperature of 200 °C above, suitable for water-based drilling fluid system. SPA is acrylate polymer, is a kind of medium molecular weight of anionic polyelectrolyte. This product is mainly used for low solid dispersion polymer drilling fluid loss agent, in fresh water mud, has a strong performance of fluid loss, and resistance to temperature of 200 °C. Significantly improve the quality of mud cake, is suitable for water-based drilling fluid system. General dosage is 0.2% ~ 0.5%. Polyacrylic acid sodium can be natural degradation in nature

Advantages

A cost efficient thinner / deflocculant for fresh water & low salinity fluids used at temperatures up to 300°F
Required in much lower concentrations than traditional additives.
Functions effectively in lime, gyp and calcium contaminated systems (up to 1000 mg/l free Ca++).
Enhances and improves the filtration rate of the fluid.

Package

PACKAGE
SPA is usually kept in a compound or multi-wall bags, with each net weight 25 KG; Special packages are
available based on customers' requirements.
STORAGE
The product should be kept in shady, dry and ventilated warehouse with environment temperature controlled within 122F and relative humidity 50%. It should be prevented from sun and rain, and positioned in some place away from heat and fire; the recommendation for bag piles is no more than 8 layers.
The expiration period is 12 months. It should not be utilized unless examined and qualified if out of expiration.
SAFETY
Avoid contacting with eyes, skin and clothing. Otherwise, wash with a flush of water. Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for complete handling and hazard data.
